Customer service feedback

ABE is launching a number of initiatives designed to ensure we provide an exemplary service and continuously review and raise standards. The first of these is called the Ted Johns Customer Service Award, which will go to the person who provides the most exceptional level of customer care to ABE's members.

As well as having made outstanding contributions in the fields of human resources and especially customer services, Ted Johns was a much-admired and popular Programme Chief for ABE's Human Resource Management programme. Sadly, Ted passed away in 2014, and we hope this award in his name is a fitting tribute which recognises his passion for customer service and has the potential to involve all our members.

The award will be given twice a year in April and October. It is anticipated that the first award will be presented in April 2015 by Ted’s wife. There will be a number of criteria on which the award will be judged but one of the most important is feedback from our members.
