BA (Hons) entry: English language qualifications accepted by country

If you are from a non-majority English-speaking country that is not on this list, here are the general English language requirements:

GCSE English language grade A-C
IELTS 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in any band)
Cambridge English Qualifications: B2 First (FCE) and C1 Advanced (CAE) score of 169 (with no less than 162 in any band) for undergraduate. C2 Proficiency (CPE) score of 180 (with no less than 162 in any band).
Pearson Test of English (PTE) 51 (with no less than 42 in any band).
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) 72 with band scores of reading 18, writing 17, listening 17, speaking 20.
Language Cert International ESOL SELT B2 (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) Listening: 33/50; Reading: 33/50: Writing: 33/50; Speaking: 33/50

Austria	English accepted at Grade 2 in Reifeprüfung / Matura with both written and spoken parts completed.
Barbados	CSEC English with grade 3.
Belgium	English accepted at 8 out of 10, 16 out of 20 or 80% in Certificate/Diploma.
Belize	CSEC English with grade 3.
Botswana	BGCSE with grade C.
Bulgaria	English accepted at Grade 5 in Diploma za Zavarsheno.
Canada	60% from 12U or completed degree study from English speaking region.
Cyprus	English accepted at grade 15 in Apolytirio of Lykeio.
Czech Republic	English accepted at Grade 2 in Matura.
Denmark	English can be accepted at grade 7 in Studentereksamen.
Dominica	CSEC English with grade 3.
Estonia	English accepted at Pass in State Examination Grade B2 (75-100%).
Finland	English accepted at Magna cum laude approbator/Very good/5 in Ylioppilastutkinto / Studentexamen (Matriculation Examination).
France	English can be accepted at 12 or above in Baccalauréat.
Germany	English can be accepted at grade 2 (10/15) or above in Arbitur/Zeugnis der Allgemeinen Hochschulreife.
Ghana	WAEC or NECO with C6. C6 = IELTS 6.0 and IELTS 6.5. B4 or above = IELTS 7.0 or above.
Greece	English accepted at grade 15 in Apolytirio.
Grenada	CSEC English with grade 3.
Guyana	CSEC English with grade 3.
Hong Kong	HKDSE English at grade 3 or above.
Hungary	English accepted at Grade 4 in Matura.
Iceland	English accepted at grade 8 as a compulsory in Stúdentspróf.
India	Standard 12th - 65% UG, 70% PG.
Jamaica	CSEC English with grade 3.
Kenya	KCSE with grade C.
Latvia	English can be accepted at 8 out of 10 or 80% or above in Atestats par visparejo videjo izglitibu.
Lithuania	English can be accepted at with a score of 75% or above in state Matura examination.
Luxembourg	English accepted at 45/Bien or above in Diplôme de Fin d'Études Secondaires.
Malawi	MSCE with grade 6.
Malaysia	1119 with C or above.
Malta	English can be accepted from Secondary Education Certificate grades 1-5.
Mauritius	Cambridge O level at grade C. iGCSE C. Indian Standard XII English Language 65%. IB English SL 4. A levels
Netherlands	English can be accepted at grade 7 in Voorbereidend Wetenschappelijk Onderwijs (VVO).
Nigeria	WAEC or NECO with C6. C6 = IELTS 6.0 and IELTS 6.5. B4 or above = IELTS 7.0 or above.
Norway	Grade 4.0 in Vitnemål Videregående Opplaering (VVO).
Poland	English can be accepted at 60% or above from Extended level or 75% in written from Basic level in in Świadectwo Dojrzałości (Matura).
Portugal	English accepted from Year 11 of the secondary education with a grade of 14.
Romania	English accepted at 8.5 or B2 in Diplomă de Bacalaureat.
Saint Kitts and Nevis	CSEC English with grade 3.
Saint Lucia	CSEC English with grade 3.
Saint Vincent and the Grenadines	CSEC English with grade 3.
Slovakia	English accepted at grade 2 in Vysvedčenie o maturitnej skúške.
Slovenia	English accepted at Grade 5 in Maturitetno spričevalo (Matura Certificate).
Spain	English accepted at grade 8 in Título de Bachiller.
South Africa	National Senior Certificate with 5 or above.
Sri Lanka	A level with grade S.
Sweden	English can be accepted at C (Väl godkänd - Pass with distinction) or 15 out of 20.
Tanzania	CSE with grade C
Trinidad and Tobago	CSEC with grade 3.
Uganda	UCE with grade C.
USA	Relevant SAT/ACT with 550/23 or completed degree study in the USA.
Vietnam	Can accept English if degree/diploma from set list of International universities.
Zambia	Grade C in School Certificate.
Zimbabwe	O level with grade C.
